OK, friends! Let’s talk about Jiffy Mix hot honey corn muffin mix. First of all, it is so easy to make.

One egg and a quarter cup milk and you pop it in the oven, and like magic it comes out as muffins. How easy is that?

But that is the whole thing behind Jiffy mix. Making dinner easy for women and men across our country. They’ve been doing it for a while now. A very long while.

But let’s talk specifically about the hot honey corn muffin mix. It is freaking delicious. It is not too spicy. I for one, cannot do super spicy things. And this one left my tongue tingling, but did not overwhelm me. And if you want it spicier, there are so many ways to do that.
